Council for Exceptional Children YES I CAN! Award Recipient
Zebulon Risen, an 8th grade
student at Green County Middle School, was presented the National CEC YES I CAN!
Award on April 11th in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Twenty-one youth from across the nation were
selected for their extraordinary talents. In addition to the awards ceremony
winners were provided a tour of the Franklin Institute. Zeb is an accomplished
musician, who plays string bass, piano and bass guitar, all of which are
learned by ear and committed to memory.
