Congratulations Heather Moss!

Congratulations to Mrs. Heather Moss who was awarded the Above and Beyond Award for her work with Special Needs children and their transportation to school.  The award was presented at the Student Transportation Association Conference in Louisville on June 24, 2014.  Heather was selected among all counties in Kentucky.
