- The school day will run from 7:30am - 2:30pm Monday - Thursday. Each Friday will continue to be an “Early Release” day, running from 7:30am - 12:30pm.
Other Important Information
- There will be no blanket approvals for virtual learning. Approvals will be granted for limited virtual seats in grades 6-12. These virtual seats (select in-person virtual learning seats / select remote virtual learning seats / virtual learning will utilize the Edgenuity online platform) will be awarded based upon review of historical student data. Any parent/guardian that has a student entering grades 6-12 that is interested in applying for a limited virtual seat must do so on or before July 31 for the fall semester. The deadline for the spring semester is December 13. Applications may be picked up and returned at the Green County Board of Education. If approved, an in-person meeting will be scheduled to review and sign the contract.
- Home Hospital continues to serve students that are unable to attend in-person classes on a short term basis due to documented physical/mental health concerns. Home Hospital is available for all students enrolled in grades K-12.

Bus Driver Opportunities
- Drives a regular route OR substitute for other drivers..
- Must read and understand street signs, route sheets and maps.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus, including child checks.
- Assists students in the loading and unloading process.
- Cooperates and communicates with school personnel, parents and students.
- Attendance at all safety and training meetings.
- Conducts emergency evacuation from the bus.
- Opens and closes service doors and moves up and down steps multiple times daily.
- Cleans the insides of the bus including sweeping, dusting and cleaning windows. Cleans outside of the bus.
- Other specialized functions as required by contract.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Possess or have the ability to obtain CDL Operator’s license with required endorsements.
- Undergo two weeks of driver training to become certified and obtain CDL. (provided)
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Must possess valid driver’s license for 3 years or longer.
- All driver applicants must pass a background check and drug test.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work early morning hours.
- Must be able to work without direct supervision.
